PTFE turning board features: PTFE turning board, film, belt made of PTFE moulded blank, with excellent dielectric properties, no aging, best chemical resistance and wide use strength. The film is non-oriented and the non-oriented film is pressed into a oriented or semi-oriented film.
Performance characteristics of PTFE board
PTFE PTFE sheets are made of 100% pure PTFE through moulding, turning, cutting and other processes. It has the best chemical resistance of any known plastic and does not age. It is electrically insulated and has a very low coefficient of friction. It can be used without load at temperatures from -180 degrees to +260 degrees. It is suitable for sealing material such as flat pad, V-shaped pad, lining material, lubricating material such as piston ring, guide rail, electric insulation material, anti-stick material, etc.
