1. In combination with other impurities, the metal tube rotameter is prevented from being jammed by some impurities during initial use or the iron impurities affect the magnetic coupling of the metal tube rotameter.
2. If it is a measurement of liquid, when opening the valve before and after the metal tube rotor flowmeter, in order to avoid the sudden opening of the valve to form an instantaneous head impact force and damage the metal tube rotor flowmeter, we require that the valve should be opened slowly when the valve is opened. .
3. If it is to measure the flow rate of the gas medium, we require that the system piping should not be pressurized by the boosting method before opening the valve. Otherwise, if the valve is suddenly opened, the float of the metal tube rotameter will instantaneously rush to the upper position of the flow meter. At the same time, it is possible to damage the metal tube rotameter, please remember to use it!

(2) In order to facilitate the repair and replacement of the flowmeter, it is necessary to connect the bypass pipeline when the instrument is installed.
(3) A valve should be installed upstream of the flowmeter, and a flow regulating valve should be installed at the downstream 5-10 times gauge diameter. For small-diameter instruments, filters should be installed upstream. If the measured medium contains magnetic substances, the magnetic filter should be installed in front of the flowmeter.
(4) When the measured medium is dirty, the pipe and float should be cleaned in time.
(5) The measurement accuracy of the metal rotameter is generally 2.5 grades and 1.5 grades. When the measurement accuracy is required to be high, the metal rotor flowmeter should not be selected.
