● Keep the place ventilated and dry, and keep magnetic objects away.
● The machine should be kept clean and wiped with a clean dry cloth.
In case of failure in the maintenance guide, you can perform maintenance as follows:
● The power indicator is off: when the power switch is turned on, the illuminating indicator and the power indicator are on; if the illuminating indicator and the power indicator are off, the power is not turned on, you should check whether the electric power cord, plug and other parts are intact , Check if the fuse in the socket behind the machine is blown.
● COPY tape does not go, check the movement for the following faults:
The belt is off, the belt pulley is loose, the magnetic ring on the take-up pulley is loose and the main motor is not rotating; if the electromagnet is not attracted or the rocker arm related to the electromagnet is dislocated, this fault will also be caused and repaired.
● The rewind tape does not go: Check whether the pinion gear on the rewind motor is loose. If the rewind motor does not rotate, check whether the power supply is normal or replace the corresponding control board.
● The level meter has no indication: the four-way indicator on the luminous display board indicates the level of the four tracks of the original soundtrack. If the four-way indicator has no indication or one or several of them have no indication, ① check whether the potentiometer knob In the normal position "odB"; ② Check whether the magnetic head of the amplifier is clean, and use a cotton wool dipped with a small amount of absolute ethanol or magnetic head cleaning agent to clean the sticky part of the magnetic head; Bad; ④Check whether the working voltage is normal; ⑤Check whether the master tape is normal, and you can listen to the sound on the stereo cassette recorder or the recorder produced by our company.
● The sound is low or one or several channels cannot be recorded: the magnetic head is easy to wear. After a long period of work, it will wear out. When the recording is found to be small or one or several channels cannot be recorded, ① check whether the magnetic head is clean And the degree of wear should be cleaned or replaced as appropriate; ②Adjust the azimuth.
● Magnetic head azimuth adjustment method: ①Amplification chamber: can directly use standard test tape or high-frequency rich music belt to play, use a screwdriver to adjust the screw on the left side of the magnetic head to maximize the output; ② recording chamber: remove the bias The "+" positive power cord of the oscillator, unplug the head of the sound box, you will need to adjust the head screw to maximize the output; ③ The head plates of each chamber are the same. When a problem occurs in one chamber, the remaining normal head plates can be replaced. Replace it to determine whether the circuit board or head is faulty.
● Small recording sound and large distortion: If all the recordings are small and the distortion is large, most of them are not output by the oscillator. Check for broken wires and damaged components. If the recording of one of the compartments is small and distorted, check whether the bias magnetic oscillation amplification circuit of the recording board of the compartment is normal and whether the plug is secure.
● Serious shaking, large distortion or tangling: ① The main shaft part slips. Magnetic powder, dust or greasy dirt sticking to the capstan or the pinch wheel will change the friction state and increase the slippage of the tape. It can be washed with a cotton wool ball dipped in a small amount of absolute ethanol or magnetic head cleaner Special care should be taken not to wrap cotton fibers around the pinch roller and capstan when wiping.) ②The rubber of the outer circle of the pinch roller should be replaced when it is aging or damaged; ③The clutch rubber wheel is oily or deteriorated and can be cleaned or replaced; ④The speed of the motor is unstable, you can check whether the power supply is normal, and the motor will gradually wear out after a long time, then you can replace the motor.
