The use of PTFE :
Various enamel lining, glass lining, plastic lining, rubber lining, graphite lining and stainless steel, titanium steel tower, heat exchangers, reaction vessels and other flange surface seals.
Flange seals for various piping and fittings.
The surface machining accuracy is poor, the uneven area is large, the shape is irregular. The bolt tightening force is not easy to seal with flange surface of large diameter equipment that is not sufficient or too large.
Strongly corroded media and seals shall not be contaminated to a minimum.
One side of the sealed PTFE tape is provided with pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer tape for easy installation from use to fixed position for easy operation, and the small cross-sectional tape after sealing can be pasted on the larger sealing surface for convenience.
Very versatile. As long as this product is available, it can replace many specifications of the gasket type, because as long as EPTFE seal tape has very few specifications, it can meet a wide range of requirements, even in the smallest specifications, for large-scale large seal covers. It is very convenient to order and store. And because it doesn't age, the storage time is unlimited and can be used permanently.
EPTFE sealing tape is very easy to remove during inspection and maintenance. Easily seal surfaces without cleaning and scraping (same as packing seals). Long service life, greatly reduce the maintenance times, and can be reused, the cost of use is only one-fifth of the metal spiral wound gasket.
