On May 2, the US International Trade Commission issued an announcement to conduct an anti-dumping rapid sunset review of granular PTFE resin originating in Italy to determine the substantive damage caused by the products involved in the U.S. domestic industry following the cancellation of anti-dumping measures. Whether to continue or happen again.

In 1987, the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping investigation of granular PTFE resin originating in Italy. On July 11, 1988, the US Department of Commerce made an anti-dumping final ruling on the case, ruling that an anti-dumping tax of 46.46% was imposed on the products involved. On November 1, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the third sunset review of the case.
